रायपुर। प्रदेश सरकार ने शिक्षा व्यवस्था को मजबूत करने के लिए स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग में 5,000 शिक्षकों की भर्ती का ऐलान किया है। यह भर्ती प्रथम चरण में होगी, जिसके लिए विभागीय स्तर पर तैयारियां शुरू हो चुकी हैं। इस निर्णय से प्रदेश के शैक्षणिक संस्थानों में शिक्षक-छात्र अनुपात को संतुलित करने और गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा सुनिश्चित करने में मदद मिलेगी।
राज्य में युक्तियुक्तकरण (Rationalization) की प्रक्रिया के तहत स्कूलों और शिक्षकों का पुनर्वितरण किया जा रहा है ताकि शिक्षकों की कमी वाले स्कूलों में पर्याप्त स्टाफ उपलब्ध हो। शिक्षा विभाग के आंकड़ों के अनुसार, 212 प्राथमिक स्कूल शिक्षक-विहीन हैं, और 6,872 प्राथमिक स्कूलों में केवल एक शिक्षक है। वहीं, 48 पूर्व माध्यमिक स्कूलों में कोई शिक्षक नहीं है, और 255 स्कूल एकल शिक्षक पर निर्भर हैं। इस भर्ती से इन समस्याओं को दूर करने में मदद मिलेगी।
युक्तियुक्तकरण के तहत 10,463 स्कूलों में से 166 स्कूलों (133 ग्रामीण और 33 शहरी) का समायोजन किया जाएगा, जहां छात्रों की संख्या बहुत कम है। यह सुनिश्चित करेगा कि संसाधनों का बेहतर उपयोग हो और बच्चों को बेहतर शैक्षणिक वातावरण मिले। भर्ती प्रक्रिया की आधिकारिक अधिसूचना जल्द जारी होने की उम्मीद है, और आवेदन छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार के भर्ती पोर्टल के माध्यम से किए जाएंगे।
